Enrollment and Payment

When you enroll in a programme through our website:

• Payment is due before the first session unless otherwise arranged
• Prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your enrollment:

• Within 14 days of enrollment for a full refund (cooling-off period)
• More than 7 days before the first session for a 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before the first session: no refund available

By Us

We reserve the right to cancel programmes due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another programme.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. We will accommodate rescheduling requests where possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of remaining sessions.

Intellectual Property
